[TYPO3-core] FYI: Changed the pages description field from a one line input to a textarea

Ok, with me. While it is as such a minor change it should be noted with
!!! in the changelog and mentioned in NEWS.txt. Why? Now the editor may
enter line breaks. I guess I don't want them in my meta tags, so I'd
have to remove them.
