[TYPO3-core] FYI: Changed the pages description field from a one line input to a textarea

Hey Ingo,

thanks for the fix! it's getting more and more consistent :) I like it a 
lot.

However, for FYIs, could you add either the patch or the link to the 
ChangeSet in forge to this list, so everybody knows what has changed?
