[TYPO3-core] RFC: #10322: Send Notification if BE is locked

Hi,

i found a solution that pop up a (modal) waiting box, polling continues, 
and removes the waiting box when lock is removed again.

So please stay tuned until i finished the updated patch.

One problem i encountered: the timer requests stop after a while, i 
don't know the reason. May be it's firebug, but could also be a problem 
with the prototype PeriodicalUpdater. Does anybody have a clue?
