[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #10324: htmlArea RTE: Configured hotkeys are not honoured in Safari

Problem:
hotkeys defined in the RTE configuration are not honoured in Safari.

Solution:
CTRL+key generates a keydown event in WebKit browsers, no keypress event 
as in gecko browsers.
