[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #10323: htmlArea RTE: hotkey CTRL+0 is not honoured

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
hotkey CTRL+0 is not honoured.
CTRL+0 is the default hotkey for feature enableWordClean.

Solution:
Test on string "0".
