[TYPO3-core] RFC #13118: Toggle empty tree produces JS error

I can't reproduce this. I created a page and then created two sub-pages 
"A" and "B".

I deleted both subpages, but then also the collapse(-)/expand(+) icon 
went away because the browse-tree iframe reloads...

I also tested this in fileadmin! Same behaviour there.

So could you please explain how to reproduce?
