[TYPO3-core] FYI: Raised DBAL version from 1.0.2 to 1.1.0 [trunk]

Hi,

FYI, I raised DBAL version from 1.0.2 to 1.1.0 on trunk (rev. 6709).

Important changes:

- Same as for DBAL 1.0.3

and

- Added support for EXISTS subqueries
- Method sql_query() now partially supports mapping *)

*) This method was marked as deprecated but is not deprecated in Core. It's now experimental but disclaimer (telling that exec_* methods should be used) remains of course! It's more to make DBAL a bit 
more user-friendly.
