Problem:

When clicking on a file in the file list, it opens up the file in a new 
window. The opening link is calculated wrong though, as it takes the 
absolute path and strips the DOCUMENT_ROOT path from it, making this to 
NOT work on any TYPO3 installation that is not installed on the 
DOCUMENT_ROOT.

Solution:
Taking the PATH_site instead of the Document Root does the trick.

Steps to reproduce:
Have an installation under
http://localhost/~myuser/myinstallation/

then try open up a file in the filelist by clicking on the file name.
