Hey Helmut,

thanks for digging in there again. This is my grasp of the whole "Ext JS 
skinning for t3skin" part: I think the text in the toolbars need to be 
white in general. Only for toolbars in either panels, windows or 
viewports, they should be black.

I don't know if the buttons in the toolbar will have a background in the 
t3skin extjs skin. However, I'm gracious for any digging into that material.
