[TYPO3-core] RFC: #13080: uncheck function in tceforms unchecks too many items

This is an SVN patch request.

Problem:
Because of a forgotten reset of the variable $unSetAll the uncheck
function unchecks too many items. As you can see in the screenshot the
2nd uncheck link unchecks also the items from above.

Solution:
As done with the $setAll already also the $unSetAll needs to be
reinitilized.
