Hey Joerg,

thanks for spotting this one, I finally reviewed this bugger.

I took the freedom to commit this patch to the branches TYPO3_4-3 and 
TYPO3_4-2, as I figured that this is very low key but also very valuable.

+1 after testing and reading.
