[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #13008: htmlArea RTE: Ending a list may produce invalid xhtml in Safari/Chrome

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
A list may be ended by pressing enter in the last and empty list 
element. In such case, in Safari/Chrome, the next element may nest a 
paragraph into a paragraph or heading.

Solution:
In such case, avoid nesting a paragraph into a paragraph or heading.
