[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #13004: htmlArea RTE: buttons.table.disableEnterParagraphs not honoured in Opera

Problem:
When set, PageTSConfig property buttons.table.disableEnterParagraphs 
should prevent the insertion of a paragraph when the enter key is 
pressed within a table cell. This not honoured in Opera.

Solution:
Contrary to other gecko browsers, the default behaviour of Opera, like 
IE, is to insert paragraphs in table cells when the enter key is 
pressed. When the option is set, the default behaviour will be inhibited.
