Hi Stan,

+1 by reading and testing, ready for commit.

It would be help with such patches if you post additional advice how to 
enable the query field, i have to admit that i didn't knew that
RTE.default.buttons.link.queryParametersSelector.enabled = 1

you did such lot with RTE, i think most don't know all the 
possibilities. Is there beside manual any document like "What's new"?
