[TYPO3-core] RFC: #12960: Possibility to hide allowed files

Hi,

This is an SVN patch request.

Problem:
Currently there is no way to be able hide the allowed files.

This can be useful when
* you need a simple backend
* editors select files using DAM and only images are used there.

Note: this patch is not to hide the information but just to introduce a
class to give the possibility to hide it using CSS. Screenshot shows how
it would look like hidden.

Of course this could also be used to make the text a bit lighter or bold
or red.

Solution:
Wrap the information in a <div class="allowed-info">|</div>
