Hi Stan,

with this patch i get now debug output from t3lib_div::readLLfile:

File "EXT:rtehtmlarea/htmlarea/plugins/StatusBar/locallang.xml" not found!
File "EXT:rtehtmlarea/htmlarea/plugins/TYPO3Link/locallang.xml" not found!
File "EXT:rtehtmlarea/htmlarea/plugins/SelectFont/locallang.xml" not found!
File "EXT:rtehtmlarea/htmlarea/plugins/AboutEditor/locallang.xml" not found!
File "EXT:rtehtmlarea/htmlarea/plugins/UndoRedo/locallang.xml" not found!

btw - i think it's wrong to use a debug statement here, it should log to 
syslog instead.
