[TYPO3-core] Updated TSref in SVN

i would just do a summary with the links to the changes from 4.2 to 4.3:  
http://wiki.typo3.org/index.php/Documentation_changes_in_4.3
(the wiki is tehre to stay, right?)

it is TOO important to know the differences from one version to another

what do you think?
