[TYPO3-core] RFC #11436: DBAL: Unknown tables to TYPO3 break Install-Tool

Hi,

This is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
Using Installtool with adodb is hard when unknown tables are in Database.

PHP-Errror-Message:
Fatal Error: Call to a member function MetaType() on a non-object in ...\dbal\class.ux_t3lib_db.php on line 1153

Solution:
Use patch to prevent the problem.

Credits go to David Bruchmann for the patch he provided

Patch has been tested by David on MS Access with a wrapper to MSSQL.
