Hi,

documentation still is missing.

The workflow has always been like this:

1. Send RFC _including_ documentation proposal to this list
2. When the change is approved, commit to SVN and update the Pending
    Documentation page

Therefore, promising to do it after committing is not satisfying to me!

(I'm sorry for you and am pretty sure that you will keep your promise,
but there were some cases with other people which force me to be so
strict about this.)
