[TYPO3-core] RFC #11651: Allow Extbase as framework for backend modules

Hi Jochen,

+1 by testing but +1 by reading for my own version (enclosed).

I changed this:

- Initialization of $isDispatched does not need the === comparator a single = is sufficient
- Old code "$MCONF['_'] = 'mod.php... was not correctly indented after deletion of previous code
- An opening brace for "if ($dispatcher->callModule($temp_M)..." had two spaces instead of one

This patch is ready to be committed and will allow backend modules to work again.
