[TYPO3-core] RFC #11784: Change existing messages in the Template Object Browser top use flash messages

this is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
The Template object browser already gives feedback when changing values, 
and whether the operation has been successfull or not. To unify these 
messages accross the system it is desirable to use flash messages instead.

Solution:
The attached patch replaces all "homebrew" messages I could find in the 
template browser with flash messages.
