[TYPO3-core] FYI24 #11769: publish function in adminPanel is broken

Hi,

this is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
the publish function in adminPanel is broken.
reasons: typing error in index_ts and wrong classname used in publish.php


Solution:
see attached patch


Note:
I consider this as a nobrainer and will commit it after 1 day if no-one 
objects.
