[TYPO3-core] RFC Bug #9270: Editors can't undelete records in history

hi,

I made 3 new patches for trunk, 4-2 and 4-1

tested successfully on all 3 versions.

there are no code changes compared to Susannes patch, only the line 
numbers and some whitespaces changed.

I'd like to see one additional +1 by testing, thanks.
