[TYPO3-core] RFC #11408: Object Browser uses hardcoded texts

Committed the attached patch as a follow-up in revision 5794.

It removes usage of the second parameter in calls to
$GLOBALS['LANG']->getLL(), as it triggers unnecessary calls to
htmlspecialchars().
