[TYPO3-core] RFC: #11717: File list module doesn't work in IE6

Problem:
File list module shows no folder tree in IE 6.
(shows for ~0.5sec and then folders immediately vanish)

Module is unusable in IE6 (which is still supported in 4.3)


Solution:
Add height: 100% for body#typo3-alt-file-navframe-php in stylesheet.css

Note:
Bug was introduced in revisions 3913+3914:
0008853: Foldertree in filelist has no docheader
which was commited to trunk on July, 25 2008 (yes, 2008.. 2008!!!)

Tested with FF3.5, Opera10, Safari, IE6, IE7
