The author of a method is probably not the same which changes it
afterwards. So having a list of all persons that touched a method at any
point in time isn't really useful in my eyes. Using SVN changelogs and
"blame" is much less error prone.

Indivual @author's per method only made sense on "monster-classes" like
t3lib_div where methods have nothing to do with each other. Shouldn't be
the case in our future classes.
