mvc_extjs is based on my "pageincludes" patch (and the needed BE 
dispatcher patches for core + extbase). Reason for pageinclude basing is 
a proof-of-concept doing JS based things in controller/model.

The extension also tested the BE dispatcher and has 2 BE modules: one 
"old style" means normal BE module with docheader, funcMenu and toolbar 
icons, and one ExtJS based BE module (see
