Hi Ralf,

your RFC might conflict with the changes introduced by RFC #4270
(displayCond for flexforms, that affects on row of element).

RFC #4270 is now ready for commit and will be committed to trunk on
Monday after 12:00 GMT+1 if I have received some documentation.

I suggest you apply the patch 4270_v5.diff from
http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=4270 and rework your patch then.
