[TYPO3-core] FYI72: RFC: #11627: Add CSS-Class and Ids to fields in TCEFORMS

Hi all,

The committed patch caused the introduction of a second class attribute 
for input fields. Therefore the class of the old class attribute was not 
taken into account by browsers anymore and in return caused wrong 
presentation of the input fields.

The attached patch fixes that. In case there're no objections, I'm going 
to commit the patch in 72 hours.
