[TYPO3-core] RFC: #11648: Feature: Add datepicker to date and datetime fields in TCEFORMS

Hi,

this is a SVN patch request.

This feature uses the Datepicker from ExtJS and apply it to date- and 
datetime fields in TCEFORMS.

Tested on major Browsers FF, IE8 and Safari

Copy attached pic to typo3/sysext/t3skin/extjs/iamges/form.
(this is a sprite where i added a small picker fits to the small fields 
in TCEFORMS)

Clear browser cache before test!
