[TYPO3-core] RFC: #11627: Add CSS-Class and Ids to fields in TCEFORMS

Hi,

this is a SVN patch request.

If you want to manipulate DOM with javascript you need to know what kind 
of field you have. This can be done with css classes for easy differentiate.

Additional all fields get an unique id.

This patch is precondition for proper field select for feedit, also for 
integrating ExtJS widgets like datepicker or colorpicker.
I attached a testextension in BT which has records using all kind of fields.
