[TYPO3-core] FYI24 - #11628: Frontend Editing does not work with an iframe

Description:
When doing Frontend Editing in 4.3 we want to use an iframe in a 
lightbox for editing the values. In the past, it was enough to submit 
the form with all the data via HTTP POST, however with the iframe it is 
more practiable to just use the GET parameters as well, thus it makes 
sense to modify the input parameter from _POST only to _GP.
