almost perfect.
But when changing the DB password, you still see it in cleartext in the
"Configuration written" dialog after saving the data. (see screenshot)

-1 unless this is also changed.

Cosmetics:
The text to create admin user could be improved:
"password (repeated)" --> "password (confirmation)"

"Passwords are not equal!
The passwords entered twice are not equal."
-->
"Passwords do not match!
The entered password and its confirmation do not match. The user was not
created."
