[TYPO3-core] FYI24: #10952: Iframe produced by typo3/backend.php has proprietary attribute "noresize"

Problem:
Iframe rendered by typo3/backend.php for displaying alt_intro.php has
proprietary attribute noresize="noresize". This gives a validation warning.

Solution:
Remove the attribute.

Notes:
I consider this a no-brainer, as it does not change any functionality,
only proper markup.
