[TYPO3-core] RFC: #10706: Usability: Remove "Save and View" when creating records in sysfolders

Actually, just ran into an issue.

1) Create a new record on a sysrecord page. Don't see the Save & View 
button.
2) Click Save. Frame is reloaded, and the Save & View button is visible.

Can someone replicate? Is this related to the patch?
