[TYPO3-core] RFC: #10892: Make it possible to style a hover color for pagetree items

Hi folks,

apart from the question of span or div, the prior versions of the patch are incomplete because i missed to include 
tree.js. Without changes there we will not be able to collapse branches. Applied is v3 of the patch, span-solution, but 
I am perfectly willing to divify it :-) Can we have a decision please?
