[TYPO3-core] RFC: #10919: Hide View-icon in listview with doktypes 254 and 255

Hi,

This is SVN patch request.

Problem:
It doesn't make sense to view a sysfolder or a recycler in list view.

Solution:
Exclude view-icon for these doktypes by default.

Configuration Option:

mod.web_list.noViewWithDokTypes = 254,255
