[TYPO3-core] FYI48 #8103: t3editor / typoscript right to a operator is not tokenized

Problem:
Currently everything on the right side of a operator (= < > =<) is *not* 
parsed and highlighted.
Due to that it's not possible to implement codecompletion for the right 
side of the operator (e.g. when copy or reference a TS object)

Solution:
Enable parsing after < and =< operators


Note:
I'm going to commit if no one complains within 48 hours
