[TYPO3-core] RFC: #10827: Hide "Save and View"-button when editing a content-element

Hi,

This is SVN patch request.

Problem:
At the moment you can only hide this button by adding "&noView=1" when 
calling alt_doc.php.
A way to hide it via TSconfig-code is missing.

Solution:
Add possibility to hide saveDocView-button by setting
options.saveDocView.[table] = 0

It's simular to the saveDocNew.
