it's not cached this way, but tcemain calls flushByTag on line 7036, and 
while versioning the pid is negative. It could be checked there, but 
anyway the pattern for tags and seperator for file backend isn't choosed 
very well. We discussed that in v5-core-list and Robert did a change but 
will change it again, so i wait for the solution from FLOW3 to get it 
simular.
