[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed issue #10747: htmlArea RTE: Inserting a table sometimes fails in IE8

Problem:
If you insert a table in the RTE, it is inserted at the top of the page, 
outside the editing area. The problem occurs when no text is highlighted 
or selected. Apparently, in such case, focus is lost by IE8.

Solution:
Re-establish focus on the editing area before pasting the table html.
