[TYPO3-core] FYI: Follow-up to issue #9375: Add DTD to htmlArea RTE iframe document

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
After adding doctype to the iframe document in Firefox, Firefox sets 
baseURL to the url of the parent document, base element is ignored, and 
all links created with execCommand CreateLink, including external, are 
prepended with incorrect base.

Solution:
Comment out doctype setting in Firefox, for now.
