[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #9386: Acronym plugin encoding problem

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
When the backend is not utf-8-encoded, special characters in terms and 
abbreviations in select boxes are broken.

Solution:
utf-8 encode for JavaScript.
