[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed issue #9404: htmlArea RTE: Cleaning out deprecated extension variables

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
Extension variables plainImageMaxWidth and plainImageMaxHeight are 
deprecated since TYPO3 4.1. Since then, they should be set in Page TSConfig.

Solution:
The two variables are being removed in TYPO3 4.3.
