[TYPO3-core] RFC: #9401: Using debug for sqlDebug

When using sqlDebug the error is printed with
echo t3lib_div::print_array(...)

The patch uses debug() function to allow by usage of debug-extension to 
output this information in new window or elsewhere.

Imho this "little" fix could also go to 4.2
