Hey guys,

sorry my lapse, first i was sailing and now i moving to Hamburg.

i have this file created, but i think its a quite bit more as introducing a
new file. 

I think we need a guideline for what label go into to prevent
locallang_common.xml became a new locallang_core.xml

eg.
Only labels with more as x occurrences in core.
Like 'Save', 'Save and Close', 'Close'
