[TYPO3-core] RFC #9394: Feature: Setting the title len of items in web->list

Hi,

some additional comments too:

list view has already a syntax for configuration as described in 
doc_core_config. I would use such name:
mod.web_list.titleCropLength

I don't see the need to do this in constructor only for using a config 
var. The crop is done at one place, so this is the best place to do it.

I attached a patch the way i would do
