[TYPO3-core] FYI: Added feature #9362: htmlArea RTE: highlight active items in context menu as in toolbar

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
Buttons of context menu items that are "active" should be highlighted as 
they are in the toolbar.

Solution:
Modify context menu script and css rules accordingly.
