[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #9308: htmlArea RTE: link on colour name doesn't set colour

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
The RTE colour picker dialogue shows the names of the configured colours 
next to a display of each colour. Clicking on the name only closes the 
window, but doesn't set the colour.

Solution:
The attached patch modifies the onMouseOver and onClick logic and fixes 
the issue.
