Hi Francois,

in this case i seperated the patch from the discussion, and now it's 
committed, so no problem to have this discussion here. Now discussion 
has a state where moving the discussion will be difficult without taking 
these messages into account.

In general we have an extra list for this kind of discussions and such 
Ideas like splitting t3lib_div and using autoloader are best places in 
the TYPO3-project-4-3-list
